We study perturbation of the symmetric orbifold of T4 by an exactly marginal operator corresponding to R-R flux in the dual AdS3 x S3 x T4 background. We systematically determine the action of an extended supersymmetry algebra on CFT states and deduce the anomalous conformal dimensions. In large twist sectors this matches the structure found for N=4 SYM: magnons have an exact dispersion relation fixed by symmetry, suggesting the result is true to all orders. Finally multi-magnon states interact via an integrable S-matrix and possess bound states.
